Policies

Exchanges on unused, unopened items in perfect condition, may be made up to 30 days from time of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Exchanges may be made for another product of equal value or for store credit for the purchase amount. 

As our items are carefully handmade, variations in color, fabric, and details are to be expected. 

We recommend all our toys for ages 3+. Supervise play at all times. Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Due to the handmade nature of our items, gentle play is encouraged. 

Our items will only be shipped to the U.S at this time.
